This website is operated by JAIM. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to JAIM. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Section 1 - Online Store Terms

  • By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country or county of residence.

  • Our products (including the JAIM Buildable Lamp Kit) contain small parts and pixel tiles. They are designed for creators aged 5 and up and are not suitable for children under 3 years old due to choking hazards.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

Section 2 - Products and Pricing

  • Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes where appropriate.

     

  • We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product (or expansion pack) without notice.

     

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products on the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

     

  • LEGO® Compatibility Disclaimer: JAIM is an independent brand designed in our Bath workshop. While our baseplates and pixel tiles are compatible with standard building blocks, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with the LEGO® Group.

Section 3 - Orders and Account Information

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store, including your email address, shipping address, and payment details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Section 4 - Shipping and Delivery

  • All orders are packed and dispatched from our Bath workshop within 1–2 business days. Standard UK shipping is fulfilled via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Section 5 - Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, images, Lookbook design blueprints, and software—is the property of JAIM and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.

     

  • You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the product, website design, or downloadable PDF content without express written permission from us.

     

Section 6 - Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions

  • Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, and availability.

  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

  • In no case shall JAIM, our directors, employees, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or service.

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
